Howdy!

Welcome to the Neopian Post.

This is a fan run project, where the goal was to have independent, and resilant control over our community's ability to publish, and collect fan content related to Neopets! Neopets, as a website has been around since 1999, and has seen many instances of change over the decades, but yet has continued to preserve certain elements of the early internet, despite that change.

A shout out of eternal love to all of the folks on the Neopets Team that embraced and cultivated this creative spirit.

This project has a goal of preserving some of that early Internet feel, while still being comprised of new and fresh human powered content! Neopets over the years has attracted many artists, writers, coders, and other creatives of all kinds! Neopian content continues to inspire us, and drives us to inspire eachother. Neopets does this by activly embracing user created content in the form of various "Creative Contests." Naturally this is a lot of work, but it is totally worth it.

With the Neopian Post, we can be assured that our collective creative energy will always have a place to go, glow, and grow. We want people to feel especially encouraged to be creative, and take the time and energy to make something new and uniquely thiers. Given that the Neopian Post also acts independently, it also allows people to be a bit more permissive with the kind of content that they can create. Neopets.com has certain obligations to standards of family friendliness that are not the same here at the editorial desk of the Neopian Post. While we will still strive to be within the bounds of family friendly, our pages are open to many more topics! (If Neopets was PG, the Neopian Post is PG-13)
